Digital Product License

Thank you for supporting Tint Your Goals! Every journal kit, tracker, art print, sticker sheet, and card is hand-lettered and illustrated by a small independent creator. This page explains what your purchase lets you do with those files, so you can enjoy them with confidence.

The short version

  • Print and use the files as often as you like for yourself, your home, and your classroom.
  • Give printed, finished pieces as gifts.
  • Share photos of your finished pages and spreads.
  • Do not share, resell, or re-upload the digital files, and do not sell printed copies.

1. What you receive

When you buy a digital product, you receive a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to download, print, and use the files as described below. You are buying the right to use the design, not the design itself. All artwork, lettering, characters (including Tygo & Friends), layouts, and text remain the property of Tint Your Goals and are protected by copyright.

One purchase covers one person or one household. If you need copies for several people, please buy one license for each person, or contact us about a multi-user license.

2. You may

  • Print the files as many times as you need, at home or at a local print shop, for your own use.
  • Use the files digitally on your own devices, for example by viewing the PDF on your tablet, phone, or computer.
  • Print and frame art prints to decorate your own home, desk, or workspace.
  • Print and cut sticker sheets, including with a cutting machine such as Cricut or Silhouette, for your own journals and planners.
  • Write in, color, and personalize printable cards and give them to family and friends.
  • Give a printed, finished item as a gift, such as a filled-in card, a framed print, or a printed journal kit.
  • Share photos or videos of your finished pages and spreads on social media, as long as the file itself cannot be downloaded from your post. We love seeing them, so please credit Tint Your Goals!

3. Classroom and small-team use

Teachers may print copies for the students in their own class, and small businesses may print copies for their own internal team, for planning and learning only. The files must not be uploaded to shared drives, school networks, learning platforms, or websites where people outside your class or team can access them.

4. You may not

  • Share, send, forward, or give away the digital files, in whole or in part, including to friends or family.
  • Resell, redistribute, sublicense, or trade the files, or include them in bundles, freebies, or giveaways.
  • Upload the files to any website, cloud folder, marketplace, file-sharing service, or social media in a downloadable form.
  • Sell printed copies, stickers, cards, art prints, or any physical product made from the files, including through print-on-demand services.
  • Edit, trace, redraw, or combine the artwork and resell it or pass it off as your own.
  • Use the artwork, lettering, or characters in a logo, trademark, or brand identity.
  • Use the files to train, fine-tune, or prompt AI or machine-learning models, or to generate new artwork based on our designs.
  • Remove or cover any copyright notice or Tint Your Goals branding in the files.

5. Commercial use

This license is for personal, classroom, and internal use only. If you would like to use our designs in something you sell, for workshops or events, or in larger quantities, please contact us first. We are happy to talk about a commercial license.

6. Lettering courses and learning content

Lettering lessons, videos, worksheets, and practice sheets are for your own learning. You may practice with them and share the lettering you create, but you may not record, copy, share, or resell the lessons or course materials, or use them to teach your own paid classes.

7. Physical products

Physical notebooks, books, and stationery are yours to use, keep, and gift. The designs printed on them are still protected by copyright, so they may not be copied, scanned, or reproduced.

8. Ending the license

This license starts when your purchase is complete. If these terms are broken, or if an order is refunded, charged back, or disputed, the license ends and download access may be removed. You must then stop using the files and delete any copies you have. See our Refund Policy and Terms of Service for more details.

9. Changes to this license

We may update this page from time to time. The license terms in place when you made your purchase continue to apply to that purchase.
