Welcome to Tint Your Goals! These terms explain the rules for using our website and buying our products. By browsing the store or placing an order, you agree to these terms, together with our Digital Product License, Refund Policy, and Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the store.

The short version

• Give us accurate details at checkout so we can deliver your order.
• Digital files are for your own use under our license, not for sharing or resale.
• Save your downloads, because links expire after a set time or number of downloads.
• If something goes wrong, contact us and we will do our best to make it right.

1. Who we are

Tint Your Goals is a small, creator-run shop selling hand-lettered and illustrated digital printables, such as journal kits, trackers, art prints, sticker sheets, and printable cards, as well as selected physical products like notebooks and books.

2. Using the store

You may use this website to browse, learn about, and buy our products for lawful purposes. You must not:

• Use the site in any way that breaks the law or infringes anyone's rights.
• Try to access areas of the site, accounts, or systems that are not meant for you.
• Interfere with the site's security or performance, or spread malware.
• Scrape, copy, or bulk-download the site's content, images, or products.
• Place fraudulent orders or use a payment method you are not authorized to use.

If you are under the age of majority where you live, please use the store with the permission and involvement of a parent or guardian.

3. Products and descriptions

We work hard to describe and show every product accurately. Colors can look different on different screens and printers, and printed results depend on your printer, paper, and settings, so small differences from the preview images are normal. Mockups and styled photos are for illustration only, and props shown with a product are not included unless the description says so.

Products marked as coming soon are not yet available to buy. We may change, update, or stop selling any product at any time.

4. Prices and payment

Prices are shown at checkout in the currency listed on the product page. Taxes are calculated and collected at checkout where they apply, and any shipping costs for physical products are shown before you pay.

Payments are processed securely by Stripe. We never see or store your full card details. If a product is listed at an obviously wrong price because of an error, we may cancel the order and refund you in full, even after it has been confirmed.

5. Orders

Your order is accepted once your payment is completed and you receive a confirmation email. Please make sure your email address and, for physical products, your shipping address are correct, because we use them to deliver your order. We may refuse or cancel an order we believe to be fraudulent or in breach of these terms, and refund any payment taken.

6. Digital delivery

Digital products are delivered by email as secure download links shortly after payment. Each link stays active for a limited time and a limited number of downloads, as shown in your order email, so please download and save your files to your own device as soon as you can.

If a link has expired or you cannot find your email, you can request new links on the Resend My Links page or contact us. We are not responsible for files lost after they have been delivered, but we will always try to help.

7. Physical products and shipping

Physical products are produced and shipped by our fulfillment partner, and can only be shipped to the countries offered at checkout. Delivery times are estimates and can vary with the destination, carrier, and customs. You can follow your parcel on the Track Order page. Any import duties or taxes charged by your country are your responsibility. Problems with physical orders are handled under our Refund Policy.

8. Intellectual property

All content on this website and in our products, including artwork, hand lettering, characters such as Tygo & Friends, designs, photos, text, and the Tint Your Goals name and logo, belongs to Tint Your Goals and is protected by copyright and other laws. Buying a product gives you a license to use it, not ownership of the design. How you may use your files is explained in the Digital Product License.

9. Refunds and cancellations

Because digital files are delivered instantly, digital purchases are generally final. We will fix, replace, or refund faulty or misdescribed products, and help with damaged, wrong, or lost physical items. Full details are in our Refund Policy.

10. Third-party services

We rely on trusted providers to run the store, including Stripe for payments, email services to send your download links, and a fulfillment partner for physical products. Their own terms and privacy policies also apply when you use their services. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle your personal information.

11. Limitation of liability

We provide the website and our products "as is". We do our best to keep the site available and error-free, but we cannot promise it will always be uninterrupted or free of mistakes. To the fullest extent allowed by law, Tint Your Goals is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the site or our products, and our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.

Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have as a consumer that cannot be excluded under the law where you live.

12. Ending access

If you break these terms or the Digital Product License, we may refuse future orders and switch off download access for the products involved.

13. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time, and the latest version will always be on this page. The terms in place when you placed an order apply to that order.

14. Resolving problems

If you have a concern about an order or these terms, please contact us first. Most problems can be solved quickly and informally, and we will always try to find a fair solution with you.
