Your privacy matters to us. Tint Your Goals is a small creator-run shop, and we only collect the information we need to run the store, deliver your orders, and help you when you get in touch. This page explains what we collect, why, who we share it with, and the choices you have.

The short version

• We collect what is needed to process your order, deliver your files or parcel, and answer your messages.
• Your card details are handled by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number.
• We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use advertising or tracking cookies.
• You can ask us to access, correct, or delete your information at any time.

1. Information we collect

When you place an order: your name, email address, the billing address details needed to calculate tax, and order details such as the products, prices, taxes, and payment status. For physical products, we also collect your shipping address and, if you provide it, your phone number so the parcel can be delivered.

When you download your files: a record of your download links, when they expire, and how many times they have been used, so we can keep your files secure.

When you contact us or use our help pages: the name, email address, topic, and message you send us through the contact page, and the email or order details you enter on the Resend My Links or Track Order pages.

Technical information: to protect these forms from spam and abuse, we keep a one-way scrambled (hashed) version of your IP address rather than the address itself. Our hosting provider may also keep standard server logs for security and reliability.

2. How we use your information

• To process payments and create your order.
• To email your download links, order confirmations, and important updates about your order.
• To ship physical products and let you track your parcel.
• To answer your questions and help with download, order, or refund problems.
• To prevent fraud, spam, and misuse of the store and our files.
• To keep the records we are required to keep for accounting and tax purposes.

We only send the emails needed to fulfill your order and support you. We do not add you to a marketing list. If we offer a newsletter in the future, it will be separate, and you will only receive it if you choose to sign up.

3. Payments

Payments are processed by Stripe. When you check out, you enter your card details directly with Stripe, and we never see or store your full card number. Stripe shares with us the details needed to complete your order, such as your name, email, billing location, and payment status. Stripe's own privacy policy explains how it handles your payment information.

4. Who we share your information with

We do not sell or rent your personal information. We share it only with trusted service providers who help us run the store, and only as much as they need to do their job:

• Stripe, for payments and tax calculation.
• Supabase, for our secure database and file storage.
• Resend, to send order and download emails and contact form messages.
• Vercel, which hosts our website.
• Our fulfillment partner and shipping carriers, who receive your name, shipping address, and phone number to make and deliver physical orders.

We may also share information if the law requires it, or to protect our rights, our customers, or the store from fraud or abuse.

5. Cookies and local storage

We do not use advertising, analytics, or tracking cookies. Your shopping cart is saved in your own browser's local storage so it is still there when you come back, and it is never sent to us until you check out. You can clear it at any time by emptying your cart or clearing your browser data. Stripe may use its own cookies on its checkout page to process your payment securely and prevent fraud.

6. How long we keep your information

We keep order records for as long as we need them to support your purchase, handle refunds, and meet our legal, accounting, and tax obligations. Download links stop working after they expire, and contact messages are kept only as long as needed to help you and keep a record of our conversation. When information is no longer needed, we delete or anonymize it.

7. How we protect your information

We use secure, encrypted connections (HTTPS) across the site, keep access to customer data limited to what is necessary, and rely on providers with strong security practices. Download links are unique to your order and limited in time and number of uses. No system is perfectly secure, but we work hard to keep your information safe.

8. Your choices and rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:

• Ask for a copy of the personal information we hold about you.
• Ask us to correct information that is wrong or incomplete.
• Ask us to delete your information, unless we need to keep it for legal or tax reasons.
• Object to or ask us to limit how we use your information.
• Complain to your local data protection authority.

To make a request, contact us from the email address you used with us, so we can confirm it is really you. We will reply as soon as we can, and within the time required by law.

9. International customers

Our service providers may store and process your information in countries other than your own, including the United States. When this happens, we rely on providers that protect your information with appropriate safeguards.

10. Children's privacy

Our store is meant for adults and families. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has shared information with us, please contact us and we will delete it.

11. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time, and the latest version will always be on this page with its "last updated" date. If we make important changes, we will make them clear here. See our Terms of Service for the full terms of using the store.
